When the forms are completed and submitted on our website, (Jackie or Myself) will be in contact with you to set up your appointment.

At the same time we will also discuss which Licence Producer you would like to register with. We have a number of clinics weekly, and we try to schedule you on a day and time that is convenient for you. Our appointments are approximately 10 -15 minutes and the Doctor sees you via skype or facetime.

If you are looking for a license to possess the fee for this is $325.00 plus tax. If you are looking for a licence for growing, the fee for this is $800.00 plus tax.

This is step 4 on our website, giving you payment options. All medical marijuana you order from the Licence Producer is income tax deductible. You will receive your licence to possess with your first order.

Please click on the Pre-Qualify tab or Forms tab on our Homepage. It will take you to our online Medical Clinic Forms.

Please complete all the steps listed on the web site under the Pre-Qualify tab.

Please email a copy of your medical records, which you can obtain from your own family doctor if you don’t already have them, or a letter from your doctor stating your medical condition and what treatments you have tried. Alternatively, we have a physician referral form under the Pre-Qualify tab, optional forms. Additionally, our doctors also accept a copy of your patient profile from your local pharmacy showing all your medications. We can also accept a note from a chiropractor or a naturopathic doctor.

Please email a copy of your photo ID’s, either a copy of your driving license, Health Card or passport. Scanned and emailed photos work better than faxed. You can even take a photo of them with your smart phone.
